Is technology making us lazy or making it convenient for us to live?

In my own opinion, I honestly feel that I’m mutual about this whole situation on the improved technology happening today. Yes, technology may have caused laziness for millions of people around the world, but it has also made life a lot more convenient. If you imagine how everyone lived back in the days, technology was less important because many people were able to live without many technology devices that many of us today cannot go a day without. Globalization is occurring every single day and there’s really nothing we can do about it. With globalization, it has helped with our American trade companies migrate most of their manufacturing jobs to foreign countries where it’s cheaper to do businesses with countries such as China and Japan. For example small corner markets now have the opportunities and connections to do businesses with even larger foreign industries that can work the business more efficiently. Its unbelievable how significantly technology has improved in the years. It’s advanced so quickly it’s amazing how much its changed many of our lives and we don’t even realize it. Many of technology’s magic make life for us very convenient to handle certain situations we face today. Such things like instead of walking out of our car and walking into the banks to cash or deposit money, there are bank drive through that exists now. Yes it makes it convenient for those who are in a rush and are running late but there is a boundary one can cross and that’s taking advantage of advanced technology. For example, when one just uses the bank drives through even though they are capable of walking in and are in no rush at all. If you think about it, yea it makes us lazy but yet why not take the opportunities available for us to use when its there. If you think about it, back then, it didn’t bother people whether or not technology is available. They didn’t need GPS systems, cell phones, of I-pods to survive and today people act as if they can’t survive a day without it. The difference between back then and now is that recent generations have grown up around this kind of technology that it’s become a necessity in everyday life and there’s not much we can really do to change it. Although globalization has positives and negatives effects onto the world, either way it’s doing us a lot of good. Without it, I don’t think many problems we have today could be solved or improved. The world is not perfect, therefore, there is always going to be some kind of negative influence brought onto the world after any change. Either way, technology has helped improve problems with poverty, technology, communication, trade, and businesses worldwide. But it’s really up to us to really think about how we want to handle the situation. Advanced technology is great but taking advantage is a problem because we need to consider other developing countries that would die to have the opportunities and accesses
